F-CY-JZ | FLEXIBLE CONTROL CABLE WITH SHIELD

The F-CY-JZ shielded control cable is our best-selling product, which helps to ensure the stable operation of mechanical systems in industrial applications.

This cable line has a shield which is denoted as F-CY-JZ or F-CY-OZ, other cables that do not have a shield are named JZ-500 by HELUKABEL.

Similar to the JZ-500 control cable, the F-CY-JZ series of cables can withstand 300/500V voltage, has a special compound of PVC sheath, is resistant to oil vapor chemicals, and limit fire and explosion with heat resistance from -10 degrees C to 80 degrees C.

The F-CY-IZ cables have construction by bare copper-conductor with class 5 according to IEC 60228 Standard, especially the shield tape with tinned copper braid coverage of up to 85% of the cross-sections.

The core is twisted together with a small twist to create the flexibility of the cable and allow bending at small bends. Thanks to its flexibility, F-CY-IZ cable is easy to construct in high positions, narrow spaces, locations with pipes, and cable trays with many bends.

Structure:

Bare copper conductor, fine wire acc. to DIN VDE 0295 cl.5 / IEC 60228 cl.5.

Core insulation of special PVC compound type Z 7225.

Core identification to DIN VDE 0293 black cores with continuous white numbering.

GN-YE conductor, 3 cores and above in the outer layer.

Cores are stranded in layers with optimal lay length.

Foil wrapping.

Tinned copper braided screening, approx. 85% coverage.

Outer sheath of special PVC compound type TM2 to DIN VDE 0207-363-4-1/DIN EN 50363-4-1.

Sheath color: grey (RAL 7001).

With meter marking.

Application of F-CY-JZ cable control

F-CY-JZ cables are commonly used as data cables in control circuits and applications in the tool and machine manufacturing industries. Besides, signal cables are used in industrial computers and electronic systems. The high coverage ratio of the shield tape means the cable avoids interference when transmitting.

Sheath color: grey (RAL 7001).

Application of F-CY-OZ control cable

The F-CY-OZ cable is used for flexible equipment and high-vibration operation without environmental restrictions in dry, humid, and wet rooms.
