A Kick-Start for a Future Career

HELUKABEL is happy to welcome new members to the family: Twenty-four "Youngsters" began their vocational training or dual studies programmes last Monday at some of our German locations. As part of their introductions, which are traditionally organised by their senior peers, they had the opportunity to get to know the company and their future colleagues.

Most of the trainees and students will be spending their time at the HELUKABEL headquarters in Hemmingen, however even our production facility in Windsbach and our subsidiary KABELMAT in the Black Forest town of Glatten are welcoming a number of "Youngsters" into their ranks. HELUKABEL offers a wide range of vocational careers and study programmes including warehouse logistics specialists, industrial mechanics, and merchandisers, as well as business administration and business informatics. The company offers school graduates a number of attractive career opportunities. Those who successfully complete their training or study programmes are typically kept onboard, meaning that the next steps in their professional futures are secured.

"We are happy and also proud that this year, just as many young people have decided to study or do their training with us as last year," says Training Coordinator Alexandra Wellinger. "For us, a well functioning training concept is fundamental in attracting qualified employees and for allowing the sustainable growth of the company." The new trainees and students will get to know HELUKABEL and all of its intricacies and learn all of the skills that they will need to later become valuable professionals. With this, both sides come out on top!
